browser-based interface, and a dedicated Customer Support portal - that you can
customize to meet your needs.
We love our Subversion integration. It's so nice to commit changes to a
file, and update the associated issue at the same time. The Knowledge Base
makes it easy to capture, and disseminate, important information. You can
even create and update issues via email.
