A Desktop Application?  Really?  That's so old-school.  Why would you bother?  Desktop apps rock. Fast, Stable, Powerful.  Do you read your email online, or do you use Outlook or Thunderbird?  We support both models.

IssueView's powerful Windows Desktop application allows you to manage your environment quickly and easily. There's no web server to go down, no delay waiting for pages to refresh.

The desktop Application has a familiar tri-pane setup.  Select a Project in a tree, see the issues in a grid, select one and view a preview.  DoubleClick an issue to edit it.  Need to create a new issue?  Click 'New'.  Everything is just obvious, the way it should be.

• Every Project is made up of fields you define.  Track the information you need, with the names, choices, and workflow rules that fit your processes.
• Create re-usable Templates for your projects. So you can apply the same configuration in multiple settings.
• Define a workflow, using powerful rules that allow you to specify what information is required, and when.
• Create custom email notifications, that are sent based on criteria you choose.
• Report on the information you need, with rich charts and tables.
• Configure time and date based Alerts.  Get an email when an issue is due - or over-due.
• Create users, and manage their permissions.
