IssueView's customer
support portal enables your customers to self-register, submit, check, and
update issues. Customers' issues are stored in your IssueView database
where your support people can search for patterns, resolve issues, or refer them
to the appropriate personel for resolution.
You can track any fields you like with Web Support. It supports the same Fields
as IssueView. Workflow rules are applied, and email Notifications are sent
according to your rules.
Web Support is completely flexible. In addition to customizing the input by selecting
IssueView Fields, you can create your own custom interface. This goes way beyond
editing a .css file and changing some colors. You can create your own forms and
submit the data directly into IssueView.
Finally, you can create custom forms for posting data into your database. Coupled with IssueView's
Workflow and Notifications, it's a powerful tool for gather data, and resolving
issues.
